Goebbels would be proud
Propaganda and spin is the only reason any of these folks would ever speak to the press.

Ellison, McNealy et all are just as bad as Gates. The Imperial CEO is the reality we see today. The USA values the rights of corporations over that of human citizens. Look at our tax and intellectual property laws in case you don't understand what I am saying. In almost every case, corporations are given preferences that us mortals never get a sniff at. It must be nice to spend billions on lobbyists and campaign bribes.

Why else would anyone calling for tort refrom want cap damages at $250k for pain and suffering? A doctor or HMO botches medical care and they get a cap on damages. You or I damage someone and there is no cap. Yet, tort costs account for less than 1/2 of one percent of total medical costs, that's point 5-0 per cent, of medical costs -- who benefits? Why do the corporations who provide insurance of course. Why do corporations have a 95 year window for copyright and individuals only have 75 years? Why are companies asking for gov't bailouts to overcome their poor decisions when an unemployed person gets a fraction of their wages when they were employed and lost their job through layoffs and offshoring? Why do companies led by current memebers of our Presidential administration get no-bid contracts? Simple, those who pay and lobby the congress get the benefits while the rest of us get the crumbs.
