Microsoft puts a research facility where you can openly buy bootlegged copies of Windows and any other Microsoft product for $2 or less on the street. The only reason for this move is because research labor is about 1/5th the cost of the US and it allows them to get past the current Visa situation. If H1B visas were still free and basically unlimited, Microsoft and other companies would be hiring and underpaying foreign workers here in the US, displacing american workers just like they used to. Now the US doesn't even have foreign income earners contributing to the tax revenue's...
