Microsoft Research goes to Bangalore

Why would they disagree about 3rd world?: Unless they are members of NATO they can't be 1st world countries. Due the fact that Soviet regime no longer exists they can't be allied with them so there for can't be 2nd world countries. So 3rd world is all that's left.
