Doesn't M$ own Siebel?
Wouldn't THIS be the company to compete with PeopleSoft and NOT M$ "proper"? I find it hard to believe that ANYONE would switch from PeopleSoft to M$. All of the thousands of hours of preparation and debugging that went into a system are not easily thrown out. And why would someone give up on "five nines" service and go for "until the next reboot"?
