Insightful, Well Thought Out...Good Post....Did I Say That??
I have to agree with you on this one...the service industry goes in cycles, and a lot of the time people tend to shy away from convnetional companies because they tend to put proprietary hardware and software in their systems that makes it next to impossible to do any kind of service on unless you are a total slave to the vendor.
