I Only Use Support As Last Resort
I first try to figure it out on my own, then ask a colleague, then look to forums and postings online on the subject, then, if there is NO way I can figure it out, I place a call to support and then waste 90 minutes arguing with someone reading from a script who has little to no grasp on the English language or the concept I am trying to convey.
