Bill Gates: Chairman of the couch
Is there anyone on this board with a Media PC? If so, do you really use the video, music, photos, and PC functions? I can understand having one box to play mp3s and watch DVDs but it really doesn't need to be a big ol PC. My current dvd player plays dvds, vcds, mp3s, cds and costs less than a full fledged PC, is quieter, and uses less power. Actually I think it costed $80 or so.

So what would be the advantage of a Media PC over my dvd player? Actually it doesn't have to be media pc, it can be mythtv or any of the others.
