Yet you previously said:

"The GPL is a license to use software, not software itself. The MS EULA is specific to each install, patch, update, or application MS has so to compare the two would be comparing apples and jackrabbits."

You questioned why I was comparing the two, when I was just responding to someone else comparing the two. I'm not debating the quality of support Microsoft provides, or the availablity of support for GPL'd software. Chad pointed out a comparison of the GPL vs. Microsoft's EULA, singling out (among other things) Microsoft's disclaimer of business harm. I simply asked what recourse a business would have if harm resulted from using GPL'd software.

Why is asking a question an indication of a position?
