Multiplication by 0 = 0
MS server growth (if you want to call it that) is largely because of NT upgrades. What MS doesn't tell you is that their growth in NEW SERVERS has fallen flat and is declining. You don't see their numbers when it comes to the percentage of upgrades vs. new servers.

Linux is killing them in the NEW SERVER area already.

"Well, they don't earn money off Linux directly". Excuse me, but don't you pay for SuSe? Yes you do. Just not as much as Windows.
