Let's wait and see
What acualy is offered for liscence. Words like "some IP" do arouse me one bit. So before making any comments about this move I'd first like to here wich technology they are offering.

I would however not call this a brilliant move because all the are doing is expanding a move they were ordered to make. So as usual the idea wasn't even theirs happy
