Yeah Arrogance

The same arrogance M$ had with IE, thinking its product with its own M$ standards of web browsing was far superior to everything else. The results, M$ believed its own hype and left the world with a out of date browser that is full of holes. They are now losing more and more market share to Firefox as the world realizes IE is the not the greatest thing since sliced bread. The same thing could happen with Outlook, but M$ will again fail to see their own weaknesses.
