Amen brother! Gee, poor M$ didn't want to face the wrath of the public so they just tucked it under the rug (yet again!). It really is entirely unprofessional to do something as slimy and uncaring as this to your customers. But wait..with M$, doesn't the customer always come first? Bwahahahaha!!
