That could not be more spot on. Darl was so stupid in all this. What he should have done was float a trial ballon to see if these lawsuits had any merit. But nooooooo he had to go for the whole ball of wax by suing huge companies with pockets deep enough to wait for SCO monies to run out. The real "LOSERS" and I mean with a capital "L" losers are the few comapnies that succumbed to the extoriton and purchased the licenses.
