I don't think IBM will hold up on it's countersuit that SCO distributed IBM software counter to licence.
Personally I think SCO are sunk.

What a sad end to a reasonable Unix.
Hopefully this will prove to be a warning to anyone launching speculative lawsuits to check their facts before going to court, or to the media.
