Down they go!
They can't sell their products and they can't sell licenses and so far they have appeared in court a number of times and consistently suffered one setback after another. It is only a matter of time before they go down the flusher big time. Between Novell and AT&T, Unix IP is so compromised by vague contracts and agreements that NOTHING will hold up in court. As one who worked for an AT&T subsidiary as a Unix administrator for a number of years, I can tell you that SCO's case is going to fall flat on its face in the courtroom and then they (or who ever buys them) are going to face REAL lawsuits with teeth. Pity their poor stockholders. On the other hand, with so many analysts handing out warnings about SCO, perhaps the stockholders deserve what they are about to get.
