They have a good case, no matter what the religious right says. IP is being infringed upon. Until Patent law changes Linux is in deep trouble.

Someone will buy them. Just look at DrDos and Novell. Nothing better than buying an oppertunity for a lawsuit.

Sad but is the status-quo for today's business models.
