Nothing blatant, but if you recall back in November, Steve Ballmer did tell Asian governments that if they used Linux they would be sued. Without naming any names of who would be doing the suing, I think the implication is pretty clear:

"Some day," he continued, "for all countries that are entering the WTO [World Trade Organization], somebody will come and look for money owing to the rights for that intellectual property."
