Symantec

Have used their software for three years. It allowed a virus to penetrate my system so I couldn't even boot it. Called them and their response was to call Microsoft. Amazingly, MS techs in India got it back up for me.

I've applied for two rebates from Symantec who said I didn't send the POP. After I threatened them and had a copy of all submissions--they finally complied. When I run their virus check it comes up with 17 infections, but will only fix, delete or immunize 2 or 3.

Needless to say--I'm done with their non-existent customer service and worthless products. A corporation even worse than MS. Is it possible? YES!!
