Excitement Strategy
This is the oldest MS strategy: keep people fed with continuous announcements of all the GREAT NEW features that this FUTURE s/w will have. It will solve all problems and cure all illness.

This is propagandistic tactic that keeps people excited until finally have the time to finish something concrete. Usually the expectetations are not met. The latest/greatest most often is the same 'ol stuff repackaged, recolorerd and with some added features that contribute nothing essential, juat cosmetics.
