DMCA needs major overhaul
The way it is written now is too easy for corporations to abuse. Diebold is only one example. There will be more till something is done.

A revised DMCA must require proof before punishment ("innocent till proven guilty"). IP can still be protected, but adequate proof must be required - just as in any other legal matter.
