A few users use these features and you pay Millions
The stuff you are talking about is only used by a few power users. And even then there are a lot better ways to share documents, such as using Adobe tools. My suggestion, roll out OpenOffice to the masses, buy the full Adobe package for power users. Maybe even a publishing package or whatever is best for tech writers. You will have a much better system, and be able to put millions in the bank if you are a large company. Break free.
