I like the whole metadata idea but I wouldn't want to be the person entering in the info, unless it was for a company <ocument. Like our troubleshooting how-to, then I could add "troubleshooting, cable, modem" and other keywords. Now if the metadata is already there from the creator/manufacturer of the document then I'm all for it. Like a PDF file I download from the web, if it has the keywords in it to perform a search easier, I think its a great idea.
