If BeOS were GPL'd
It would be good for Linux and even better for BeOS, as Linux would gain key IP from BeOS and BeOS would gain the whole breath of Linux IP. BeOS would, in effect, end up being a niche Linux distro, catering to the old Be market, and yet gain access to all of the Linux apps as well.
