Can you be sure what Microsoft will do?

This is not about 'has not'. This is about 'can potentially do or will do' if the EU approves the patent system.

Now that Microsoft is undergoing great threats by open source and Linux, it may resort to litigation and legal threats to stop the success of open source and Linux over Windows.

I said 'especially' and you souped it up with 'only'. Yes, there are so many framers here.
