"Oracle's support for Windows is NOT going to endanger Oracle."
You're forgetting the old saw: "You lie down with dogs, you get up with fleas."

In the past, I have gotten SO fleabitten by recommending MS software products to some of my smaller customers, only to discover later that they really can't afford to support them.

I wonder how long it is going to be before Oracle CUSTOMERS discover the REAL TCO of Oracle-on-Windows and Oracle starts scratchin'?
