It?s not about ?big? companies. I?ll use the most efficient tool at my disposal to get my job done. And I?m not completely in bed with Microsoft. I?m using Linux where I can, mostly only networking tools now. But I have Fedora, SuSE and Mandrake running in my lab. I?ve also worked with FreeBSD and Debian. I use OO and Mozilla both on Linux and Windows and for the most part they meet my needs. But my needs are simple in those areas.

Show me good substitutes for Visio and Access (and please don?t say MySQL it?s not even close) and I?ll try them even if I have to work through 15 levels of dependencies to get them working. Point me at some good networkable educational software. Elementary, middle school and high school level mathematics would be excellent.

Then if we could only get ride of, or hide somehow, these LinuxNutCases that seem to think insulting people and products will somehow win people over.
