Wouldn't Sun be better as an IP company?
If they stopped making servers and producing money-losing software, they could live off royalties and licensing fees on Java alone.

As an investor, wouldn't you want to see them maximize bottom line profits?

Do you see any product they can sell that will provide substantial returns on your investment?
