I thought it was free?
I didn't see where using this service costs money. I used to use MP3.COM all the time, I download tons of music from that sight. I even found some music that was great and I bought the CD for less than $10.

So you feel those who purchase music are fools? I'd agree if you are buying the music that can be had for free via radio.
