Ever notice that 50% at least of ZDNET is ads?
And I'm talking about the stories.

Do you think that study show Microsoft has a better TCO than Linux wasn't paid for by Microsoft?

It's just like product place ads on TV shows. Ads mixed into the content so you actually read them.

I doubt ZDnet would be free or even exist if not for this type of advertising.

Is posting a Gartner Report actually news? I think not, it's more of ad for what ever Gartner was supposed to study.
