No big deal
MS has yet to produce a secure version of Windows so you might
as well stay with whichever version you have. No use throwing
good money after bad. Just about every threat to W2K is shared
by XP and S2003

If you have to use Windows don't allow the boxes to connect to
the Internet or receive email and you eliminate a lot of threats.

And use the time you would normally spend patching Windows
patches to migrate to a secure *nix OS.
