People Who Use Kazza are Asking For Trouble
With deep regret, I admit I ignorantly used Kazaa way back in the days (actually about two years ago) when there was no iTunes etc., to legally download music online. Disgusting Kazaa wreaked havoc on my computer with its disgusting spyware and who knows what other junk the 'software' has in it. The RIAA (Recording Industry Association of America) will be pleased to hear that because of Kazaa I had to reformat my hard drive 3 times and lost ALL downloads form Kazaa along with important personal files.

I would NEVER ever use that Kazaa 'scumware' again nor would I use ANY 'peer to peer' program again. People who use it are not only risking their privacy but are risking a plague of viruses and the possibility of identity theft from the viruses and the spyware. Plus the RIAA has installed their own spyware on Kazaa and other peer-to-peer software to catch 'pirates'.

There is no reason to use dangerous scumware like Kazaa if you are looking to download music or even movies. 100% legal services like iTunes and a dozen others (for music) and services like Cinemanow for movies (huge files-broadband only).

I hope the RIAA and other such industry organizations catch and take strong legal action against all current users of Kazaa along with other similar peer-to-peer 'software' users and shuts down Kazaa and illegal/copyright infringers down--permanently.
