That would be true if it werent that unemployed tech workers file for unemployment in the state of Indiana which means they become a burden to tax payers. So in otherwords, for the jobs that go to India people in Indiana have to not only pay for the work being done in India but also for the unemployed tech workers in Indiana. Not much of a cost savings when you look at it in the bigger picture.

Nice try though.
