"Theres a good reason why Indiana tax payers (such as
myself) will pay more for a instate program over one in
India: the money never leaves the state. So the tax money I
spend just goes back into the state I live in. Why should I
spend my tax money for someone in India who wont fix the
roads here or improve the police or fire departments? "


You could not say it better!

But that's a fact that many idiots seem to miss and not
understand. They (like Mr. Bush's administration) catch
voters by giving that ****** tax refunds... while doing
nothing to maintain jobs in the USA. Yea, I got my return for
household or something... but I was angry at that since I
lost about 9 monhts of work and money while looking for a
new job. Was I bad worker? Well, my director was canadian
who anxiously wanted to layy off entire US team to get his
acqusition by US Sillicon Valley based complete. They
provided mediocre service at the beginning (still I hear from
employess working there that they do not know what they
are doing) and we were evaluationg their work and helping
to get on board. I know that director was an idiot who
acytually I had to yell at because he was simply
disrespecting ******* who wanted to frame me. Other
emploeeyes heard that. A year later all our team was laid off
and the work went to Canada (like some say still in the US
company: "they got new projects to screw"). Even client s
did not like their products... because they did not listen to
requests. Whatever. The fact is that someone finally
recognized that ******* director and fired him. Well... he at
least went away with his millions earned... and I entered
financial business in IT on Manhattan
