I love Indiana
Its kinda cold here right now and the tech market has always been a bit questionable. Recent pushes for fixing the tech job market resulted in what you are seeing. It really made no sense to outsource to India when you have swarms of high skilled tech workers in your local area. Theres also a growing movement to put more state laws to prevent companies from outsourcing in the future.

If your NOT in Indiana but feel there needs to be similiar changes in your state than sit down and write to your state congressman/lady. Also, forming groups (white collars rarely have unions) with a goal to pushing for changes to your local state laws is very effective.
