You Are Being Just Plain Silly!
You wave around your patent in the air like some hillbilly with a shot gun, when there are companies preparing whole bands of lawyers with far greater firepower, ready to milk as much revenue they can out of the technology industry. Have you ever thought about how research is going to be able to be continued at universities? How institutions of higher learning will be able to continue to innovate while keeping lawyers at bay? How startups will be able to do the same thing, as they try to improve on technologies - several of which are ?owned? by others in lieu of their patents? Quite frankly, you seem utterly bereft of foresight on this issue.
