This isn't going to work as it targets the wrong people
What our Government body doesn't seem to understand, is that 89% of the "spam" isn't sent by legitimate business. Most spammers are teens, or lazy adults trying to make a quick buck trough affiliate programs (sell 100.00 through your account and we'll send you 5.00)
