A perfect match
Considering the UN's 'Oil for Food' debacle, and MS's proven track record, they should get along perfectly. Kind of like lawyers and used car salesmen.

Since both organizations also want world domination, they can feed off of each other. Want UN peacekeepers? You have to purchase 50 windows licences per peacekeeper, or no dice. Want new windows licences? You'll have to let UN 'observers' in to 'monitor' your license compliance.
