Could Cargill the corporation that purchased Excel Corporation (a meat processing company) sue Microsoft for using Excel? I bet dimes to donuts the former Excel has some claim to legal protection of the name Excel.

MicroBioLogics since 1971, that takes care of Micro.

Now we find who used soft years before MS and they are done for. Paying out millions more for infringement.
