Firms consider plan for interoperable Java tools

Advantage MS

This is Microsoft's game to loose. The others are their own worst enemies. This feels like Unix vs Windows in the early 90's, a superior system torn apart by infighting. If history repeats itself the Java guys will be paralyzed with confusion at the starting line while MS progresses all alone. If this is the game then .net will win by default.
