Balance Query and Search
The popular term ?Search Engine? actually includes two broad functions SEARCH (Organize, Categorize, classify, Index, Annotate, Tag etc.) and QUERY (Query Structuring, Query Processing, Finding, Fetching and Presenting).

It appears that popular ?Search Engines? focus on SEARCH and provide long list of ?search results?. While some information seekers seem to be happy with that, others demand shorter lists with high relevance---?High Precision and Maximum Recall?.

In a different context, namely ?Search for Files and Folders? on PC, the focus is on the second aspect QUERY and the ?Precision and Recall? are superior.

It is here pointed out that by addressing both the functions SEARCH and QUERY it is possible to achieve superior results, even without advanced research now being conducted.
