the exciting thing is...
...that with this kind of setup, you can categorize your files more easily, esentially keeping all of your files out of folders. Insead of navigating to a file by going to f:\documents\work\letters\resignations\screw_you_boss.doc, you would be able to do a quick search on all files that have attributes (categories) like 'work' 'letters' 'boss', etc.

This has huge implications for business storage area networks because so much time and resources are used by employees who often times have to share copies of files held in different network locations and who may refer to that same document in many different ways or uses.

Very cool stuff.
