Related to this, but perhaps moreso to Longhorn generally, I really hope that they are delaying the release so that they can stabilize and secure it. They need to have a feature freeze while they go through the code with a fine-tooth comb. They need to secure it and stabilize it, and only once that is done should they resume work on these features. But, for all know, they may be delaying so they can do exactly that. Here's hoping...
