Good point!
Shows what Microsoft will do with the control of Linux they'll gain from IP self-restraint.

And the reason why Linux will have to match Microsoft is that Microsoft's market dominance will make whatever they do the standard. If Linux is to compete, they'll have to be able to meet the expectations of their customers.

Kind of like putting a leash on Linux and teaching it to obey. Imagine notes to RedHat that begin BadDog.
No wonder Bill Gates hasn't spoken of retirement. A working day that includes glee is not to be missed.
