Enterprise sales are a long time in the pike. Which means orders made one or two years ago are still being implemented and delivered. Thus the slowdown has not hit this company.
In my opinion most technology and software has hit a maturity wall. Gains in performance of the newest hardware and software are only marginal compared to leaps that were made a few years ago. That is the rate of roi on enterprise systems has gone down significantly. Only marginal improvements have been made since Y2K and virtually everyone upgraded then and perhaps some since. Meaning that the market for this stuff is about to lose some significant steam.
