And you claim 90-95% of all users are happy. In my experience, as well as what I read in trade journals, as well as symposia and conferences, the IT community is quite concerned about the general level of discontent on the users' part. You appear to have access to some study that refutes what CIOs and advisory services in general are finding. Could you provide a link to your "happy users" study? Thanks
