I found it funny too...
... IBM has delayed this case time and again trying to run SCO out of money. ...

Ok, the majority of this case is open for everyone to see. That part has shown that SCO delays a LOT, we are at a point where the judge is getting irritated. IBM has delayed here and there, but it is nothing when compared to how long SCO has dragged this along. If anything, IBM and the judge have cut down on the delay that SCO was causing by giving them slack in filing errors, corrections, and additions.

Now, I believe there are sealed parts for this case, but they are so small that they probably won't hold that "big surprise" that will turn this case around. Atleast IBM doesn't seem at all concerned about it.

Last I checked, SCO seems to be saying they hold control rights to any software that came in touch with "their" SysV code. IBM is totally thrashing that argument. And even after all this time, SCO still hasn't told IBM exactly what it is that they have done wrong.
