SCOG is on the hook for

Lanham act violations
Interference with IBM's relationship wit current and future customers using fraudulent mailings.

Willful Copyright infringement,
IBM has an open and shut case against SCO for copying IBM's GPL'd code while not abiding to the terms of the GPL license.

And patent infringement.
IBM claims SCO's unix product has infringed on four of their patents.

A win by IBM any one of these claims means that SCOG will likely cease to exist. I just hope IBM finds a way to exact damages from the deep pockets that were behind SCOG's scheme to interfere with Linux.
