Reliability is NO issue... But
PC's have gotten very stable. So reliability shouldn't be an issue... My problem with MS is that they don't follow through. I was a loyal UltimateTV user. I paid the extra $10 a month for two years in the hopes they would activate the USB port for communication (they demoed this feature at a trade show). It never came through! The lethargic internet connection via modem was just too much to take (after DSL showed up at my house!)
