You should be able to do your own research!
I told you, it has been around for years! I have used it for years (since about 1999 or 2000), such that I have actual experiece! If you are too lazy to look up things before you respond, why should you expect me to help you. I have been watching VoD with a (virtual) display resolution of a NTSC screen (US, Asia) which is 525 lines (vertical), even scaled it and had decent frame rates at 1600x1200 (in real-time) using residential broadband (1.5M/384k dedicated and 10M shared). Maybe you should do more research before you respond. You can even watch PAL and SECAM based VoD these days! Content not being an issue, it has been around for a while.
