The DOJ will surely come down hard on them!
This time the DOJ may actually make M$ stop getting other companies to sign deals whereby M$ gets to steal all their IP without rights to sue. That'll really stop Microsoft in its tracks. Or maybe the DOJ won't do anything, seeing how they nearly crippled Microsoft with their last harsh settlement.
